Water Guard is a high-performance masonry water repellent designed for use on a wide range of surfaces, including brick, architectural concrete, concrete block, split-face block, pavers, stucco, porous concrete, and exposed aggregate.

When properly applied, Water Guard helps prevent cracking, spalling, freeze-thaw damage, chemical breakdown, biological growth, and efflorescence—significantly extending the life of the substrate.

It features low VOC emissions upon curing, is EPA compliant, UV stable, and resistant to biological degradation. Additionally, it can enhance the adhesion of paints to mineral surfaces, making it an effective priming agent.

Water Guard is available in a 5-gallon container, making it ideal for both residential and commercial masonry protection projects.
