Returns Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for any reason. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Clearance items
  • Products that are custom-made or made-to-order
  • Items labeled as "non-returnable" in the item description
  • Used items, or items that have already been assembled or installed
  • Bundled kits that were sold at a discounted rate; the entire kit must be returned and cannot be returned in parts.

 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable amount of time.

 Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your item for a different product or size, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to product availability and any price difference.

 Return Shipping

If you need to return an item, please contact us first to initiate the process. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a return or exchange at no cost to you.

Cancellation Policy
