The Ascent fireplace creates stunning, natural-looking flames and includes a hand-painted Phazer gas log set for an incredibly realistic burning display. For a beachy and organic touch, you have the option to add the Shore Fire Kit, Beach Fire Kit, or Mineral Rock Kit to create a unique media bed.

In addition to its aesthetics, the Napoleon B42 Ascent 42 efficiently warms your living space with up to 22,000 BTUs of heat. You can enhance the heat distribution with an optional blower, ensuring even warmth throughout the room. To safely hang a TV or artwork above the fireplace, you can use the Hot Air Distribution Kit. For flexible installation, the optional Power Vent Kit allows for venting above or below the fireplace.

You can easily ignite the Ascent using the convenient millivolt ignition system or upgrade to an electronic ignition for user-friendly operation. With the electronic ignition system, you have three control options: an on/off remote, an on/off remote with thermostat, and a wall-mounted thermostat.
