This product is backed by a 10-year warranty, ensuring long-lasting performance. CrownSeal maintains its permanent flexibility and doesn't require a bonding agent. It features a natural concrete and mortar appearance and is ready for use straight out of the container, eliminating the need for mixing.

CrownSeal goes beyond waterproofing; it can also function as a bonding mortar for replacing severely deteriorated brick units or for parge applications on brick surfaces that may have experienced spalling, provided the underlying brick is sound. It's a versatile choice for crack repair, surface grouting, and tuckpointing tasks.

Coverage-wise, at 1/8" thickness, it can cover 14-18 square feet per gallon, while at 1/4" thickness, it covers 7-9 square feet per gallon, depending on the surface's texture and porosity.
