The Dimplex Ignite XL 50" Linear Electric Fireplace (XLF50) delivers a clean, built-in look with panoramic flames, customizable lighting, and efficient supplemental heat. Its edge-to-edge glass, acrylic crystal media, and mirrored glass backer create added depth and a contemporary focal point for living rooms, media walls, bedrooms, and other residential or commercial spaces.
Designed for flexible installation, the Ignite XL 50 can be fully recessed into 2 × 6 wall construction for a seamless appearance or partially recessed into 2 × 4 construction. An optional XLFTRIM50 trim kit is recommended for 2 × 4 installations to accommodate the portion of the fireplace that extends beyond the wall.
Dimplex Multi-Fire® flame technology creates a layered, realistic flame effect with multiple color themes, adjustable brightness, and flame-speed settings. An ambient light sensor can automatically adjust the firebox lighting to suit the surrounding room, while the fireplace can operate with flame only, heat only, or flame and heat together for year-round enjoyment.
The patented Comfort$aver® heating system automatically adjusts heating performance to help maintain the selected room temperature efficiently. The XLF50 can provide supplemental heat for spaces up to approximately 1,000 sq. ft. and supports hardwired 120V or 240V operation, producing up to 2,500 watts and 8,530 BTU at 240V.
