The Empire FBB20 Auto Variable-Speed Twin Blower is an optional blower kit designed for compatible Empire Boulevard Direct Vent Linear Fireplaces. The twin-blower system helps circulate heated air from the fireplace into the room while allowing fan speed to be adjusted through the fireplace control system.
When installed in a compatible Boulevard fireplace, the blower is controlled through the Proflame system and provides six fan-speed settings, allowing airflow to be adjusted as needed.
The FBB20 is designed for installation inside the fireplace and uses a dual-blower configuration. Empire notes that blower installation is easier before the fireplace is placed into its final framed location because access is provided through the rear blower access panel.
