FlashSeal, created by SaverSystems, is an enduring solution for repairing flashing and preventing leaks caused by damaged or deteriorating flashing around chimney stacks and vents.

The FlashSeal Elastomeric Sealant is conveniently offered in one-gallon containers and is applied in combination with the separately available FlashSeal Reinforcement Fabric, which comes in 150-foot rolls. A single roll of Reinforcement Fabric is sufficient for 3 to 4 gallons of FlashSeal. The essential tools for application are simply a pair of scissors and a 3 or 4-inch paintbrush.
