HEATSTRIP recommends an ideal mounting height of approximately 2.3–2.5m (7ft 6½in–8ft 2½in) for the Classic series.
For an enclosed outdoor environment, the Flush Mount Enclosure manual specifies a maximum ceiling height of approximately 2.7m (8ft 10in). Installing above the recommended range may reduce heating performance.
Before cutting the ceiling opening, confirm the heater model, required 1830 × 230mm cutout, ceiling construction, mounting points, electrical rough-in, and required clearances.
The enclosure must be installed according to the current HEATSTRIP Flush Mount Enclosure manual and applicable local building and electrical requirements.
