To select the appropriate wind guard size, measure your fire pit pan and add 5 inches to determine the overall dimension. Maintain a typical setback distance of approximately 2.5 inches on each side of the burner area for optimal performance. Proper flame guard placement is on the outside of your fire pit burner, ensuring consistent spacing on all sides for a well-balanced and aesthetically pleasing fire feature.
