Crafted from durable stainless steel, this smoker box replaces the sear plates directly above a lit burner. 

To use, remove the cooking grids and the sear plate above a burner, then place the smoker box on the sear plate supports. Fill the high-capacity box with your choice of wood chips or chunks, close the lid, and replace the cooking grids. Set the burner below the smoker box to low, and the wood will begin to smolder, producing flavorful smoke. 

For best results, allow the food to cook for at least 20 minutes to fully absorb the smoky flavor. Enjoy the convenience of smoking on your gas grill with ease!
